(4) We take full responsibility for all missing items. If you order and nothing has arrived within 2 weeks please let us know and we'll chase up with the couriers then organise a refund or replacement whichever you prefer.

Bought two boxes of these to see how they compared to others, the BS markings were the main selling point.
First impressions they are bulky in the roll and didn't fit any of the dispensers so we has to un roll them and put some in our pockets until the roll fitted into our dispensers.
No handles big nightmare.
When you are close to end they all fall out of the dispensers and we have lost several end of rolls.
They are thick and there were no accidents
I have just ordered a month's supply from Amazon that fit in the dispensers and have handles

Sorry nice idea but not practical in a roll that size unless you sell dispensers.....

The eco bags are great. Big enough and easy to carry.

How and where can people dispose of used poo bags so they can biodegrade properly? No point putting them in council supplied plastic-lined dog poo bins or your home rubbish bin which will end up in landfill.

Hi, Yes, it's an odd one, I queried that myself but it was recommended to put them in your home rubbish bin because the high temperatures in landfill mean they'll biodegrade quickly.
The problem with popping them anywhere else is the dog waste itself and the toxins/parasites it can contain,
